Fran Baum is Professor and Head of the Department of of Public Health in the Faculty of Health Sciences, Flinders University. Fran is also Director of South Australian Community Health Research Unit, a past National President of the Public Health Association of Asutralia and has been apppointed by the World Health Organization as a Commissioner on the Commission on the social determinants of health.
